Cyprien Eugène Boulet (French, 1877-1927)

 

Cyprien Eugène Boulet was a French painter and illustrator who was born in 1877 and died in 1927. He was known for his genre scenes and landscapes, as well as his illustrations for books and magazines. Boulet studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris and was a member of the Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts. He exhibited his work at galleries and museums throughout France, and his paintings can be found in private and public collections around the world. In addition to his work as an artist, Boulet also taught at the École des Beaux-Arts and was involved in the art world as a critic and curator.
